I was led back to TED today, a project I mentioned in a long-ago post from Salamanca.
Today's Daily Good sent me back to Ted for a brilliant talk by Benjamin Zander, conductor of the Boston Philharmonic. The talk seemed to be about classical music, at first listen, but ah, if I didn't find him lighting light bulbs about optimism and possibility and staying in the moment and most of all, how art can be a meeting place where no one is a stranger.
Watch; you're in for a treat.
Me? I'm off to play with clay. Que os lo paséis bien.

Zander's "The Art of Possibilities" is one of my favorite books. I'm guessing you've already read it. If not, it's definitely worth picking up a copy!
Hello michael munson! I like seeing you over here! I haven't read the book, and the weird thing is, when I surfed over to amazon the writeup made it sound a little too self help for me -- a little dry? But on you rec, I'll add it to my list. I fell in love with the man in that video...
I fell in love with him, too, Erin, and added the video to my own space. Thanks for sharing the connection.
